Windows Media Player will attempt to "store up" frames of video to insure a smooth playback/ viewing experience. Lots of buffering coupled with the video stopping and starting usually indicates that you have a slow connection to the Internet. The last speech…
This is a chosen, edited part of a long movie, which is made by the Department of Culture and Education in Jahrom in 2004. Because of the inconvenient quality of the video and audio in the analog format, we had to cut and combine many of the scenes in the movie. We apologize to all speakers in this cultural festival for this edited presentation.
